Slow Cloudways Dashboard


For the last 5 days the dashboard is extremely slow and it’s impossible to work from my end. I spoke to chat and they say it’s a known problem. Does any other user face this issue at the moment?

I just spend 30 min to just add a project group.


Investigating - We are currently experiencing a DDOS on our platform and our protection WAF is set at its highest level which may cause temporary inconvenience to our customers when accessing the Platform, we truly regret the inconvenience caused

This is what the Status page says from Cloudways. For me, it’s more than being an inconvenience my work totally halted.
