I’m getting unexpected error occurred while trying to add funds. Support people are not at all helping. It’s like they’re lacking the knowledge to even understand the issue.
I’ve been contacting the Live Support about this issue. They’re making me to wait for hours and closing the chat saying wait for an hour and try again.
Please fix the issue. This is the 3rd I’m facing the issue. BTW, I’m using the same card since I’ve creating CloudWays Account and it’s been around 2 years and the same card served the purpose of adding funds to CW.
