Quitting from Cloudways for the worst support

I regret depositing $50 in to cloudways, i moved 4 clients from Flywheel to here which was the worst thing i did. When i first took the tiral account the sales guy promised all wordpress related queries and anything to server they can handle. Iam not a developer and dont know anything about server if i knew that i would take servers from other hosts.

If i have to do everthing manually why can i go with digitalocean directly, why i need a interface?
