Overchages or Not? Bandwidth in the dashboard vs Bandwidth for Billing


I would like to ask highest management team from Cloudways (i.e. Admin) about the bandwidth that I use in my Google server.

Taking last month as an example (Aug 2019)

  • The bandwidth in monitoring graph in my dashboard (normal technical bandwidth): 1090 GB
  • The bandwidth that is consumed between my server and Cloudways internal system: 380 GB (The other bandwidth)
    Normally, I only see the bandwidth in monitoring graph under the Server Management page (1090 GB), But Cloudways bill for the total of both bandwidths. So why I do not see the information about the other bandwidth (380GB) before? as you see, it is a significant amount.

So I would like to have a confirmation from the highest team member (i.e. Admin) from Cloudways that the other bandwidth above is CORRECT! I already submited ticket and live chat but the answers are inconsistent and not satisfied.
