Locked out of my server with message: "You don't have access to any server"

Hello. I can login to our Cloudways portal but I now get the above message. I am the owner of a company and a setting has changed somehow and my web admin person isn’t replying - I need access to our server.

I can’t see how to get support from Cloudways anywhere and would appreciate anyone’s help. Thanks

Is the account registered with your email ID? Or was your email a team member account?
