Knowledge Base doesn't work

New client here. Go to the knowledge base > Security. It says there’s 29 articles but takes me to an empty screen. Up top it says ‘login for support’. I log in again, follow the funnel and land at the exact same result. Shift + refresh… nothing.

I’m really not having a good support experience with Cloudways so far at all. Live chat support has been a 5 out of 10 at best. Even then they want to just flood you with articles instead of answer your questions. They probably don’t know the answers. I don’t mind the articles for backup but I’d like a real conversation as well.

Disappointed.
