Help...system down

Just migrated our wordpress / woocommerce site to Cloudaways. Was up and running. Now totally down. Potential contributors: deactivated W3 Total Cache. Enabled Cloudaway’s Bot Protection (now turned off).

Per support, restored backups from today then yesterday. Same results. Both the website and wp-admin totally down: https://www.healthbestinternational.com.

Anybody run into this?

In case anyone comes across this.

We’d activated a feature in backup and restore to keep a local copy. Apparently that ran the system out of disk space so it couldn’t run or restore a backup. The tech didn’t indicate how they’d cleaned it up.
