Editing a Staging Site

#1

I recently added 2 sites to Cloudways. After some help from Cloudways, I was able to get to my WordPress dashboards for each site, but I cannot reach the WordPress dashboard on the Staging Sites.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hello @mike5,

Please share more details. What do you see when you click on the dashboard URL of the staging site? Do you reach to the point where it asks for the username and password?

If possible please share a few screenshots. Also, refer to our guide of setting up a staging site on Cloudways.

Hi,
When I click on the staging site:

When I click the Application URL, it asks me for UserID & Password. Then, when I put in the information provided, it takes me to the website with the wordpress-cloudways app. Not the site with the WordPress Dashboard.

@mike5
Add /login or /wp-login.php to the end of the staging site URL. This will take you to the login screen; your username and password are the same as the live site.
